InnerComm (communication of the inner heart of the person).
InnerComm helps organizations determine and live out (communicate) their truest (inner) self. We help organizations integrate purpose into the fabric of the organization to improve workplace satisfaction and increase bottom line results.
Our solutions are suited for organizations that do not have a faith orientation and those that do. We implement our services through group training and 1-on-1 and group coaching which helps insure that the values and concepts take root and result in change.
Bill Stark is founder and President of InnerComm. His early career has focused on business development leadership positions at AT&T and Verizon as well as previous ownership in telecom engineering and consulting firm Excelsio Communications and Vice President of Sales of start-up Mindseek.
Because of his 25 year involvement in faith initiatives and small groups, Bill has developed a love for helping people discover and then be their truest selves at home and work.
Bill is married and lives in Alpharetta Georgia and has three wonderful (nearly perfect) children. Bill and his wife are members of Birmingham United Methodist Church.
Bill’s hobbies include golf, walking, writing, reading with his wife, sailing and tinkering in the yard.
